Barron Capital Partners, LP has been selected by Hanak Properties, Inc. to head up the design and development of the 80 acre mixed use development west of Lake Charles, La on Highway I-10. The project consists of multiple commercial and hotel pads with plans for an additional RV Park and storage units.
